Shipping Policy – Rates & Costs
Orders made by 12 PM on working days, are processed and sent the same day. When an order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a track and trace code, allowing you to locate your package during transit. CherryToyz aims to provide you with premium service, having recently revised our transport options for the quickest, most efficient delivery possible. CherryToyz guarantees that all orders, big and small, receive the same standard of excellent logistics.
Rules for EU and non-EU countries
EU countries
The shipping rate depends on the country of destination and the value purchased in our store. The minimum amount for free shipping is 75€. The total cost is what you pay. There are no additional costs in the purchase, besides what is declared here. If any extra charges are included, please inform us by email, and we will immediately cover them.
EEU and non-EU countries
Countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges, which are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Cherry Toyz ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be if any. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Cherry Toyz has no influence over this process or these possible charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Cherry Toys, you’re considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you’re receiving the goods.

Missed and lost packages
We are aware that sometimes packages can be lost or sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately, these are situations out of our control, but we will be more than happy to provide you with any kind of our support and find a way to cover your loss. If this happens, please reach out to us by our email and put into the subject LOST PACKAGE, and you will have a first priority to answer.
These situations will be very rare as we are cooperating with very well-known companies in the shipping business.
