Cherry Toyz Refund and Return Policy

Product return policy

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why you’ve got up to 14 days after the date of your order to return a product to us using the form below. Because we are selling intimate products, the product must be unopened, unused, and/or unworn. Any product that has any kind of usage will be rejected as a returned product. Items that are on sale or part of a bundle do not qualify for the return.

All our products come with a one-year warranty. If something goes wrong with the product, we advise you to contact us by email with the subject ONE YEAR WARRANTY. Send us as much information as you have, and when the information is gathered we will send you an exact manual on how to return the product.

We will exchange the product for the new one, if not present then exchange for the first similar product, offer you a voucher in the amount you paid for + 10% extra, or get your money back. We want to give you the best support in this matter.

Please note: Defects and damage caused by excessively or forcefully bending or stretching, or obstruction of the mechanical movement of the product, are not accepted by Cherry Toyz.
